Hi, How are you? Tell us about your career choice as a Visual Artist and Director/Producer.

I’ve modeled on and off for a while now, I’ve done runway, competed in competitions, featured on a few covers, and video shoots. I’m now taking the driver seat as a visual artist who directs and produces my own visual content. This venture started with my 2020 bday shoot and has been nonstop. I got the chance to show another passion and I’m excited for the things I have in store as time goes on.

What would you choose to be if you had to choose one and why? Dancing or Modeling.

I would choose both because I have some experience in both. I plan on stepping my game out in this area because there’s still things that I want to show I can do creatively, mainly in visuals since that’s my thing now.

Who is your biggest inspiration as a visual artist/choreographer?

When it comes to visual artistry I don’t think I have any inspiration other than myself. The reason I’m saying this is because I’m making content that I see in my mind and bringing them to life.  Every look, styling,  fashion choice, location, and music selection is me. When it comes to choreography, it stems back from an era where choreography was smooth but sharp. I don’t think I have a favorite choreographer, the dance styles that I absolutely love from my favorite artists were Aaliyah and Missy Elliott.

What is the biggest achievement you think you have made?

The biggest achievement was taking control of my career by creating visual content that showcases what I can do as the one who is hands on all the way. Another would be getting featured in publication to solidify me as an artist and my craft.

What is your upcoming project?

I plan on creating more visual content. I have a brand that I’m going to help as the creative director of it and I’m really excited because it will be the beginning of a future business I plan on having that will specialize in it. I have businesses I’m working on and more.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

I see myself creating opportunities for others as I establish myself. I want my own production/ talent agency. I believe I can do it and I will. My biggest goal in life is to make sure I look back to help others because it’s not all about me.

What advice would you give to youngsters who want to walk the same path as you?

I would tell my younger self to keep going, with God all things are possible and his time is the best time no matter how it may look. What’s for you is for and no one can take that from you?
